Ordering:

You can place an order directly on our shopping site or you can email us your order. When placing an order through email, please include your item names, item numbers, quantities of each item, your name and shipping address.  Once we receive your email, we will send you an online secure payment link within 24 hrs.

Payment, Shipping and handling:

U.S. residents

FREE SHIPPING to 48 continental US locations for all items by USPS. It usually takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location.  Priority 2-3 mail is also available for $4.99 (it is not guarantee delivered in 3 days, but usually arrived in 3 days). Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt. If you choose priority mail, your order will arrive in 4-7 business days). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico addresses require air delivery and are assessed a supplemental charge. Please email us for additional shipping charge before placing an order.   

Express shipping is also available at additional cost. Please email us for quote. Please note that if you choose express shipping, we will ship your order the same day or the next business day and we will let you know the arrival date provided by the shipping carrier web site. However, once we drop off the package to them,  we will not be responsible if delay occurs during transit.

 We accept money order, Visa / Master / Amex credit or debit card through Paypal. Please shop with confidence. 

International orders

Shipping to Canada: Only a slightly amount of shipping charge will be applied. Please email for exact shipping rate.

All other countries: We gladly accept international orders.  Please email us your shipping address, the item numbers, item names and quantities for shipping quote before placing an order.

We cannot be responsible for mishaps during the post offices' shipping process, which we have no control of.  Therefore, postal insurance is strongly recommended to protect against such risk.

We accept Visa/Master credit or debit card through Paypal.

Track your order:

You will receive a tracking confirmation email  within 3 business days after you placed an order. 

Return/Exchange

Customer satisfaction is our main goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a full refund (less 20% restocking fees, this is to cover shipping and handling that we ship you the items) or exchange another item. (Shipping and handling will be paid by customers). We will pay for shipping charge if we ship you the wrong  or defective items. You must report defective item within 3 days upon receipt in order to receive refund.
